Our September Mission Leadership Council was held the first day of the month. We had many new missionaries join the council in September and welcome the fresh thoughts. At this council meeting we took up the matters of "improved convert conversion" and revival of the "Mission Tour Challenges." Our young missionaries were eager to learn and contribute. We are trying to use the council method more effectively in our mission.
