"Makings of Magnificence"

As we say good-bye to this group of missionaries, we do so with deep love and admiration.   To us they are magnificent!  The word magnificent is derived from two Latin roots.  The prefix magni means "great" and the suffix means "to make" or "to do".  For 18 and 24 months their testimonies have grown as they have seen mighty miracles through obedience, hard work and growth.  The three words we've given them is "Makings of Magnificence".  They have progressed on their missions but this is not the end.  They will take these traits and abilities and continue to serve and build on them.  They will return home and achieve greater magnificence.

Our 19th Departing Batch has left the house.  They did so after completing all of the workshops that will help them as they return to the "real world."

So Much Joy!
They call this the "Martel Pose."

Elder Southwick has asked President Clark if they could do a tie exchange for months!  The happy looks on their faces show that it was well worth the wait.

We love it when we are joined by the senior couples as we eat our final meal and share testimony together!  God be with you 'til we meet again!

BEFORE & AFTER --- REAL GROWTH!

"Our desire to serve others is magnified by our gratitude
for what the Savior has done for us."
                                                               President Henry B. Eyring
