Missionary Interviews - Round One

Over the past three weeks we've had 11 full days of missionary interviews.  We averaged 24 missionaries a day.  The interviews would begin at 9 am and end around 2.  President would conduct the formal interviews while I chatted with each waiting companion.  A delicious homemade chocolate chip cookie would await them afterward. This is our first time through the mission with individual interviews.  We will be doing this once each quarter.  We have both enjoyed very much our personal interaction with every missionary.

They are all so unique yet so consistent in their dedication to the work.  We will miss the frequent and close interaction we've had over the past weeks through these interviews.  We have come to understand the great sacrifices they make in their missionary service and the strength of their characters.  How we love who they are and what they are becoming!
