NO MATTER WHAT!

These missionaries have made it to the ranks of "RM!"  They did this through learning and growing - sometimes the hard way.  They've learned to seek guidance from One who loves them.  They taught, encouraged and inspired others.  They have felt the Spirit of the Holy Ghost and change in their lives.  The three words for this batch is NO.MATTER.WHAT.  No matter what happens when you return home, remember these experiences that have helped you get where you are right now.  Stay Strong...No Matter What.  Be an example....No Matter What.  Live the life you've learned brings happiness....No Matter What!

Zone Conference - My Calling and The Third Chair

Mosiah 12:21

How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings; that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good; that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth; 

During each Zone Conference, I go through several things that a missionary does (or should do) according to missionary rules and standards.  These are things such as:  "Did you write a letter to the president this week.  Did you bring "Preach My Gospel" with you to Zone Conference and Did you clean your shoes this week?"  

Each missionary stands and remains standing until I read something that they didn't do that week.  Items that take our missionaries down quickly are not eating fruits and vegetables that week but items such as 1. getting to bed on time and 2. writing in their journals.  It is a friendly competition loved and enjoyed by....the sisters.  :)  It's a fun time to encourage and remind that being a missionary is dozens of little obedience items that makes a difference.

We were both very proud.

Another first was the other three conference were companionship winners.  When there is a tie breaker, I go to the "How many lessons did you have this week?" questions.  When there is only a companionship standing, they both have the same so they are both the winner.  How interesting that the other three Zone Conferences had companionships at the end! 

Oh how we love our missionaries!!!!

Because we haven't had a regular birthday celebration for sixth months, there were many we needed to celebrate.  So celebrate we did with a fast and faster rendition of Happy Birthday!!!
